![]() We've checked them on other machines one is a wireless thing, the other has a wire. I have a very disappointed 10 year old who been waiting longer than I can now remember for this thing - and it arrives with multiple failures. However, it sounds like the power supply should be fine. Problems with power supply or SD card need to be taken up with the supplier. The Raspbery Pi foundation whose website this is designed the product and RS/Farnell manufacturer and distribute it. That would be RS or Farnell depending on who you bought it front. WE did not *supply* the equipment you are talking about. Have you tried swapping the keyboard and mice USB connections round? It's possible one of the USB connectors isn't quite right, although since the mouse says detected that probably not it.ĭo you have anything else connected - ie. can you plug them in to a different machine and they definitely work? You say you have tried multiple mice - are you sure they all work - i.e. I presume also that startx does bring up the desktop. From Rattus comment below, it appears that the mouse is indeed recognised. What is the make of the mouse? Is it wireless or wired? For the moment let's presume wired. I personally think you are going a bit over the top with your comments, given you haven't given us any time to even garner information about the problem, never mind fix it. ![]()
